Dan Riley - Chairman
Dan Riley has lived in Weston Lakes for the past 15 years. He has served on the Architectural Control Committe 2000-2001, 2005-2006 and 2009. Dan has served as Chairman for the Committee four (4) of the aforementioned five (5) years and will be the Chairman for 2010.
Dan is an engineering graduate of Texas A&M University and worked with Continental Oil Company /Conoco Inc. for 35 years before retiring and moving to Weston Lakes.
Dan and his wife Gloria have two (2) grandchildren living nearby in the Grand lakes Subdivision. Dan plays golf regularily with SMGA and MGA.
Bert Butterworth - Committee Member
Bert and his wife Marjorie have resided in Weston Lakes for three (3) years. They have two (2) grown sons. Bert was born in Fort Worth, Texas. Bert's background makes him a natural for the ACC as he has 20 years experience as a home builder and arbitrator. Bert has been on the Architectural Control Committee Board for one (1) year.
Linda Schanzenbach - Committee Member
Linda is a 15 year resident of Weston Lakes. She and her husband John, have raised two (2) children here. Linda has overseen the construction of two (2) homes, remodeled/repaired three (3) homes and currently manages two (2) rental properties. An active community volunteer, Linda serves on a variety of organizations, boards and committees. This is Linda's first term on the Architectural Control Committee.
Dean Eichelberger - Inspector
Dean Austin Eichelberger, Inspector is a Houston native and worked in architecture after graduation from the University of Texas. He helped form the Property Inspection Associates, Inc, (PIA) where he remains Vice President. In addition to several Building Code Certifications and Real Estate Inspectors Licenses he has performed inspections for the State of Texas and the Federal Housing Authority and specializes in expert testimony and general consulting, primarily concerning residential construction methods and materials. His basic philosophical outlook is collaborative rather than adversarial, is community mined and would prefer to form a consensus than resort to a confrontational situation.
