Jack Marshall and his family have been proud residents of Weston Lakes since 1995 after relocating from New Orleans as a direct result of Hurricane Katrina. |
Jack offers strong proof of performance with more than 25 years of experience in developing leaders in many different industries. Before becoming a Certified Business Coach and president of his company in the Houston area, his career has included previous business ownership as well as executive positions with three Fortune 500 companies: McKesson Corporation, Hillenbrand Industries, and CIBA Corporation. His fun and lively approach motivates others to embrace new ideas, as he emphasizes alignment and accountability to help ensure everyone is behind the effort to achieve clearly defined goals.
He has also presented internationally at Uppsala University in Sweden on topics involving entrepreneurial development. A dynamic presenter, Jack applies his real world experience as a conference keynote speaker and has designed and implemented executive leadership programs throughout the healthcare industry.
Giving back is another of Jack’s passions. He is a longstanding member of the Boy Scouts of America, serving in many executive positions as an Eagle Scout for over 30 years, a past Vice-President of Development of a Chamber of Commerce, and a private pilot.

Pat is a retired counselor and small business owner. He is married to Wilma Stine Harris who is VP of Human Resources for Innophos, Inc. He has two grown sons, both of which work for Halliburton. He also has three grandchildren. His grandson Ryan is a graduate of UT and now attends graduate school at the University of New Orleans. His two granddaughters Jordan and Lauren are both students at UT in Austin and have spent the past summers working here in Weston Lakes.
Pat served two years as an elected member of the Weston Lakes Property Owner's Association in 2007-2008. During that time he devoted much energy and attention to the concerns of the neighborhood residents.
Pat has a BS in Social Work (magna cum laude) from UWV and an MA in Counseling from the UWV.
Pat is retired after spending 35 years as a counselor in the mental health and court systems plus 11 years as a private busines owner and operator. He also has been a professional fishing fly tyer since his youth.
Pat was in the US Army NG, Special Forces, Airbourne, Sgt 10 years.
Pat believes that it is important that as residents of Weston Lakes, he and others take an interest in the community by serving on Boards and Committees. This will provide the leadership necessary to maintain Weston Lakes' position among the best places to live in the area and it will ensure future viability for the neighborhood and growing the value for the properties. He is concerned about assuring security of the community, maintaining lakes and golf course that are aesthetically pleasing and healthy, providing sound management of POA finances and following the principles of the CCR's and by-laws. He believes we need to act on problems within the community in a timely fashion and provide fair and equal treatment of all property owners. The need for communication between the various interest groups and the POA is important to all. This must be done in a positive, proactive and efficient manner with the CCR's as the guide.

David has lived in the Weston Lakes community for six years, residing in the back of Riverwood Forest. He is currently a team member within the newly created City of Weston Lakes Emergency Management Committee. In the past, David aided the POA in the past by acting as liaison between property owners and contractors hired to clear the large drainage ditches. He has also been trying to help the remainder of the community to acquire cable television and internet services thus allowing our residences to have multiple choices in choosing their provider or providers. Throughout the years, he has helped bring the community together and protect the quality of life in Weston Lakes. He owns and operates an environmental consulting company and is a State of Texas Licensed Professional Geoscientist with over 13 years experience. He has significant project management experience in managing projects for companies ranging from small organizations to Fortune 100 Companies which entails great multi-tasking capabalities. His technical experience includes but is not limited to: risk management, permitting, risk assessments, development of work plans and implementation of field investigations, budgeting and scheduling, as well as report preparation.

Russell has been practicing law for 18 years. He owns a Houston law firm that specializes in insolvency issues. He is a board certified in bankruptcy law. He was the past president of the United States Bankruptcy Section of the American Bar Association/YLD. He was also the Editor in Chief of the Bankruptcy Committe Newsletter (publication of the ABA). He is a frequent speaker at legal conventions teaching other attorneys about bankruptcy and credit reporting issues. Russell appears frequently on the local NBC, ABC, CBS and FOX affiliates regarding credit reporting issues, identity theft and personal finance.
Russell received his BBA in business from Abilene Christian University and earned his Doctorate in Jurisprudence at South Texas College of Law.
Russell was the president of his home owners' association for many years while he lived in Katy. He was also the security director dealing with the Harris County Constable.
Russell is married to his wife Pamela of 21 years. They have lived in Weston Lakes since 2006 with their two children. They are active members of Kingsland Baptist Church.
Russell's hobbies are off road motorcycle racing, computers and trying to keep up with his active kids.
As the POA Treasurer, Russell utilizes his business and legal background to enhance the financial stability of Weston Lakes. Together with Pat Harris, Russell is strengthening the security for Weston Lakes residents, while maintaining reasonable access for their guests.
